Amazing! The office is immaculate, the staff is absolutely wonderful, and Dr. Flood is hands down the best of the best! Amazing bedside manner, explains everything so YOU understand rather than walking out with more questions, offers great tips and tricks to aid in recovery, so down to earth and just so kind! (Being a nurse, working with many doctors over many years, I’m blown away!) Can’t recommend this place more!

I went with my 6 year old daughter who unfortunately inherited my flat feet. I left resting assured that she and I were in the right hands. Dr Flood is the best but his entire team is great. He takes time to explain everything in detail, personalize your action plan, and answers all your questions with care. I would recommend him and his team to anyone who needs help with their feet. Simply fantastic!

Dr. flood is knowledgeable, efficient, attentive and thorough. I received X-rays, a diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan in one visit. He understood my specific concerns and expedited the process of treatment. I feel confident I am getting the very best care possible!

The staff is always nice and helpful and remembers little things about you. Dr. Flood what could I say, he has been not only my doctor but a friend. I trust him so much I sent my mother there to be one of his patients. The time he spends with you explaining your care and then being personal with you is awesome. I live in Downers Grove and drive to Arlington Heights so that tells you everything you need to know. Thanks

Dr. Flood was able to see me the day after my injury. He was compassionate, was very knowledgeable and took my injury seriously. He recommended immediate treatment, and I am amazed at the recovery in a short period of time. I am very pleased that I saw him first and didn't go through ER or urgent care.

I am so grateful I found Dr Flood on Google and was able to make an appointment quickly. My 18 year old son had a very bad case of ingrown toenail- it was all taken cared of in the most professional way- friendly staff, great facility, and Dr Flood himself is very experienced and kind. I was quite anxious about the whole thing- and it took almost no time to get it fixed.

Superb experience. Maybe the best doctor's experience I've ever had. Very clean and nice facility. Very professional and Dr Flood was very informative, helpful and concise. Nurse/x-ray tech was phenomenal as well. I would recommend ad infinitum.
